15/07/2025 AICGPA HQ, PUNE MALEGAON BRANCH HOLDS ITS GENERAL BODY MEETING:
AICGPA HQ Pune Malegaon Branch held its General body meeting on 13-07-2025 in Camp Sarvajanik Vachnalya, Malegaon under the Presidentship of Branch President Shri. Jagdish Pawar. Shri. Rohidas Branch Secretary welcomed the guests and members present on the occasion. Since president has to leave for his medical treatment, Shri. Gadhari presided over the rest of session.
The session started with Sarswati pujan alongwith lighting of the lamp and honouring of the Chief Guest along with HQ office bearers and senior members present.
Shri. Sanjay Patil, ( State Government Pensioners Association), Shri. Barpande, Shri.Wani, Shri. Nawale, Shri.Bonde from Chalisgaon branch, Shri. Borse, Shri. Sonar, Shri. Nikam, Shri. Tamboli from Nandurbar Branch, Shri.Sonar (Retired DGM), Shri. Pathan attended the meeting.
Shri. Rohidas Branch Secretary read out the Annual Report and Annual Account Statement before AGM which was confirmed and passed unanimously by the house.
Shri. K. S. Kulkarni AGS AICGPA HQ Pune spoke on various issues including TBOP, MACP, Counting of training period for the purpose of increment, Status of 8th CPC and Terms of Reference, Finance Act. Also spoke on the BSNL 3rd PRC and pension revision issue including Group of Ministers recommendations on of increase in FMA, opening of CGHS Wellness Centers at cities (non CGHS area ) , increase in quantum of pension at different stages (ie 65, 70, 75 ...) of the Pensioners which is pending with Ministry of Finance. He informed house regarding CGHS’s and steps taken by HQ for empanelment of hospitals in non CGHS area. He also informed house regarding difference between OPS/NPS/UPS.
Shri.Sanjay Patil Working President of Maharashtra State Pensioners association gave best wishes to AGM of Malegaon Branch and delegates.
Election of office bearers for the year 2025-27 took place. Shri. Jagdish Pawar, Shri.R.S.Gadhari, Shri. S. G. Rohidas and Shri.U.J.Parihar were unanimously elected as Branch President, Working President, Branch Secretary and Branch Treasurer respectively.

28/06/2025 Report of Pensioners associations Quarterly meeting held with CCA Maharashtra and Goa at conference hall of CTO Aurangabad on 26/06/2025.
Quartely meeting with PWAs was started at 15.00 Hrs. At the beginning Shri. Dinesh G. Pednekar Sr.AO (Pension) welcomed PWA to the 1st quarterly meeting of this year and introduced Shri. Satish Chandra Zha who has taken over as CCA Maharashtra and Goa. Sr.AO (Pension) requested CCA Maharashtra and Goa to address the meeting.
Meanwhile on behalf of association Shri. H. F. Choudhari GS and K.S.Kulkarni AGS welcomed Dr. Satish Chandra Zha and Dr. Tejas R. Mahire Dy. CCA with Shawl and bouquet. Meeting was attended by Shri.H.F.Choudhari G.S., Shri. K. S. Kulkarni AGS and Shri. Ram Nimbalkar Org. Secretary.
While addressing the meeting CCA spoke on various issues right from freedom struggle to creation of BSNL and pensioners Grievances. He assured to resolve these in shortest period as possible.

As CCA is attending his first meeting with PWA Association, leaders introduced themselves.
Below is the common agenda points discussed:-

1) Delay in settlement of Family Pension and extended family pension: Association brought to the notice of administration that there is abnormal delay in settling cases of family pension and extended family pension. We also informed that there are cases where records are not available in both places ( in CCA office and Field office ) . After discussion CCA directed to resolve the pending issue as early as possible.
2) Updation of Pensioners Record:- It is brought to the notice of administration that there are number of shortcomings in records after migration to SAMPANN. To correct this pensioners were asked to fill-up the KYP form but it is noticed that till date number of forms are lying in office unattended.
CCA told association that he is personally looking into it and will be resolved in couple of months.
3) Discrepancies in Form 16 A of Income Tax:- Association brought to the notice of administration that, while issuing form 16 A ,office has not considered HBA interest forwarded by pensioners, also there are difficulties faced by pensioners while downloading the same. For which it was told to contact or send email to CCA Maharashtra and Goa office and they will upload corrected form 16 A.
4) Delay in settlement of FMA cases:- Association informed that, there is delay in settlement of FMA cases. It is told that they are under process and task will be completed at the earliest.
5) Delay in settlement of Commutation and enhancing the pension after attaining 80 years.:- It is told that they are under process and task will be completed at the earliest. Also they told delay is due to date of birth.
6) Updating the CCA Maharashtra's website:- Association brought to the notice of administration that in last quarterly meeting it was agreed to display monthly data of settlement of grievances of Pensioners on website.
CCA immediately agreed to take necessary action in this regard as it is helpful to the Pensioners.
7) Appointing Nodal agencies : Association requested CCA to convey to CGCA for appointing Nodal agencies or make some arrangement at all District(BA) level at par with Department of defence as they have nominated three banks for the same. Which is useful for pensioners and family pensioners to resolve minor issues.
CCA has agreed for the same and told meeting action will be taken on the issue.
8) Issue of Notional Increment was also discussed association informed about pending cases in CCA and also requested to hand over service books to SSA for early settlement of the cases.
While thanking CCA Maharashtra and their staff for there co operation to resolve the grievances, pointed out that, pensioners and Associations are finding it difficult to contact CCA office as they get no reply from telephone number (1800 ) and as decided in the earlier meeting acknowledgment was not given to e-mail and WhatsApp number.
At the end association informed the Chairperson that , association is thankful for holding quarterly meeting with PWA.

२६/०६/२०२५ रोजी औरंगाबाद येथील सीटीओच्या कॉन्फरन्स हॉलमध्ये सीसीए महाराष्ट्र आणि गोवा यांच्यासोबत झालेल्या पेन्शनर्स असोसिएशनच्या तिमाही बैठकीचा अहवाल.
पेन्शनर्स असोसिएशन सोबतची तिमाही बैठक १५.०० वाजता सुरू झाली. सुरुवातीला श्री. दिनेश जी. पेडणेकर सीनियर एओ (पेन्शन) यांनी पेन्शनर्स असोसिएशनचे वर्षाच्या पहिल्या तिमाही बैठकीत स्वागत केले आणि सीसीए महाराष्ट्र आणि गोवा म्हणून नुकताच पदभार स्वीकारलेल्या श्री. सतीश चंद्र झा यांची ओळख करून दिली. सीनियर एओ (पेन्शन) यांनी सीसीए महाराष्ट्र आणि गोवा यांना बैठकीला संबोधित करण्याची विनंती केली.
दरम्यान, असोसिएशनच्या वतीने श्री. एच. एफ. चौधरी जीएस आणि के. एस. कुलकर्णी एजीएस यांनी डॉ. सतीश चंद्र झा आणि डॉ. तेजस आर. महिरे उप-सीसीए यांचे शाल आणि पुष्पगुच्छ देऊन स्वागत केले. बैठकीला श्री. एच. एफ. चौधरी जी.एस., श्री. के. एस. कुलकर्णी एजीएस आणि श्री. राम निंबाळकर ऑर्ग. सेक्रेटरी उपस्थित होते.
या बैठकीत सीसीएने स्वातंत्र्यलढ्यापासून ते बीएसएनएल निर्मिती आणि पेन्शनधारकांच्या तक्रारींपर्यंत विविध मुद्द्यांवर भाष्य केले. त्यांनी शक्य तितक्या कमी वेळेत पेन्शनधारकांच्या तक्रारींचे निराकरण करण्याचे आश्वासन दिले.

सीसीए, पेन्शनर्स असोसिएशन बरोबर , त्यांच्या पहिल्या बैठकीला उपस्थित असल्याने, असोसिएशनच्या नेत्यांनी स्वतःची ओळख करून दिली.

खाली नमूद केलेल्या सामान्य मुद्दांनवर सविस्तर चर्चा झाली:-

१) कुटुंब पेन्शन आणि विस्तारित कुटुंब पेन्शनच्या निपटारामध्ये विलंब: असोसिएशनने प्रशासनाच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले की कुटुंब पेन्शन आणि विस्तारित कुटुंब पेन्शनच्या प्रकरणांचा निपटारा करण्यात असामान्य विलंब होत आहे. आम्ही असेही कळवले की असे काही प्रकरण आहेत जिथे रेकॉर्ड दोन्ही ठिकाणी (सीसीए कार्यालय आणि फील्ड कार्यालयात) उपलब्ध नाहीत. चर्चेनंतर सीसीएने प्रलंबित समस्या लवकरात लवकर सोडवण्याचे निर्देश दिले.
२) पेन्शनधारकांच्या नोंदींचे अद्ययावतीकरण:- संपन्न येथे स्थलांतरित झाल्यानंतर नोंदींमध्ये अनेक त्रुटी असल्याचे प्रशासनाच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले आहे. हे दुरुस्त करण्यासाठी पेन्शनधारकांना केवायपी फॉर्म भरण्यास सांगण्यात आले होते परंतु आतापर्यंत अनेक फॉर्म कार्यालयात दुर्लक्षित असल्याचे लक्षात आले आहे.
सीसीएने असोसिएशनला सांगितले की ते वैयक्तिकरित्या याकडे लक्ष देत आहेत आणि काही महिन्यांत ते सोडवले जातील.
३) आयकराच्या फॉर्म १६ अ मधील तफावत:- असोसिएशनने प्रशासनाच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले की, फॉर्म १६ अ जारी करताना, कार्यालयाने पेन्शनधारकांनी पाठवलेले एचबीए व्याज विचारात घेतले नाही, तसेच पेन्शनधारकांना ते डाउनलोड करताना अडचणी येत आहेत. त्यांवर असे निदर्शित करण्यात आले की ह्याबाबतीत पेन्शनरांनी सीसीए महाराष्ट्र आणि गोवा कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधावा किंवा ईमेल पाठवावा आणि ते दुरुस्त केलेला फॉर्म १६ अ अपलोड करतील असे सांगण्यात आले.
४) एफएमए प्रकरणांच्या निपटारामध्ये विलंब:- असोसिएशन तर्फे असे निदर्शनास आणून देण्यात आले की, एफएमए प्रकरणांच्या निपटारामध्ये विलंब होत आहे. असे सांगण्यात आले आहे की ते प्रक्रियाधीन आहेत आणि काम लवकरात लवकर पूर्ण केले जाईल.
५) ८० वर्षे पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर वाढीव पेन्शन आणि कम्युटेशनच्या प्रश्नाचा निपटारा करण्यासाठी विलंब.:- त्यावर असे सांगण्यात आले की ते प्रक्रियाधीन आहेत आणि काम लवकरात लवकर पूर्ण केले जाईल. तसेच त्यांनी सांगितले की हे प्रश्न जन्मतारखेमुळे विलंब होत आहे.
६) सीसीए महाराष्ट्रची वेबसाइट अपडेट करणे:- असोसिएशनने प्रशासनाच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिले की गेल्या तिमाही बैठकीत पेन्शनधारकांच्या तक्रारींच्या निपटाराबाबत मासिक डेटा वेबसाइटवर प्रदर्शित करण्याचे मान्य करण्यात आले होते.
पेन्शनधारकांना मदत होईल म्हणून या संदर्भात आवश्यक ती कारवाई करण्यास सीसीएने तात्काळ सहमती दर्शविली.
७) नोडल एजन्सी नियुक्त करणे: असोसिएशनने सीसीएला नोडल एजन्सी नियुक्त करण्यासाठी सीजीसीएला कळवावे किंवा संरक्षण विभागाप्रमाणेच सर्व जिल्हा (बीए) पातळीवर काही व्यवस्था करावी अशी विनंती केली कारण त्यांनी यासाठी संरक्षण मंत्रालयानी त्यांच्या पेन्शनरांसाठी, तीन बँकांना नियुक्त केले आहे. जे पेन्शनधारक आणि कुटुंब पेन्शनधारकांना किरकोळ समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी उपयुक्त आहे.
सीसीएने यासाठी सहमती दर्शविली आहे आणि बैठकीत या विषयावर कारवाई केली जाईल असे सांगितले आहे.
८) नोटेशनल इन्क्रिमेंटच्या मुद्द्यावर देखील चर्चा करण्यात आली. सीसीएमधील प्रलंबित प्रकरणांबद्दल असोसिएशनला माहिती देण्यात आली आणि प्रकरणांचा लवकर निपटारा करण्यासाठी एसएसएला सेवापुस्तके देण्याची विनंती करण्यात आली.
तक्रारींचे निराकरण करण्यासाठी सहकार्य केल्याबद्दल सीसीए महाराष्ट्र आणि त्यांच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांचे आभार मानताना, निवृत्तीवेतनधारक आणि संघटनांना सीसीए कार्यालयाशी संपर्क साधण्यास अडचण येत आहे कारण त्यांना टेलिफोन नंबर (१८००) वरून कोणताही प्रतिसाद मिळत नाही आणि मागील बैठकीत ठरल्याप्रमाणे ई-मेल आणि व्हाट्सअॅप नंबरवर पावती देण्यात आली नाही.
शेवटी असोसिएशनने अध्यक्षांना कळवले की, पीडब्ल्यूए सोबत त्रैमासिक बैठक आयोजित केल्याबद्दल असोसिएशन आभारी आहे.
बैठक खूप सौहार्दपूर्ण आणि फलदायी झाली आणि आभार प्रदर्शनाने संपली.

14/06/2025 AICGPA HQ, PUNE SANGLI BRANCH HOLDS ITS GENERAL BODY MEETING:

दिनांक 13 जून 2025 रोजी सांगली शाखेचा 27 वा वार्षिक समारंभ पार पडला मिरज येथील पटवर्धन हॉलमध्ये श्रीयुत पी. आर. देशपांडे ह्यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली संपन्न झाला. प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून श्रीयुत बसवराज वालीकर IPS प्रवर अध्यक्ष डाकघर सांगली व श्री. के. एस. कुलकर्णी (एजीएस ) ए.आय.सी.जी.पी.ए. एचक्यु पुणे उपस्थित होते. पावसाचा जोर असताना सुद्धा 240 सभासदांची उपस्थिती वाखाणण्यासारखी होती.
कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात दिप प्रज्वलनानी आणि प्रमुख पाहुण्यांच्या सत्कारानी झाली.
सचिव केअर देशपांडे यांनी अहवाल वाचन व वार्षिक खर्चाचा हिशोब मांडला सर्वांनी तो एकमताने मंजूर केला. आर एम एस मधील सहा जीडीएस कर्मचाऱ्यांना ओ पी एस मिळण्यासाठी प्रयत्न केले त्यास यश न आल्याने माहितीचा अधिकार उपयोगात आणला व दिनांक 26 जून रोजी कोल्हापूर येथे इन्फॉर्मेशन कमिशनर नवी दिल्ली हे सुनावणी साठी येणार आहेत. त्यांनी पीएमजी गोवा व एस आर एम बीएमडब्ल्यू मिरज यांना संबंधित रेकॉर्ड घेऊन तारखेला हजर राहण्यास नोटीस काढली आहे. श्रीयुत खराटे सर यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले तसेच उपस्थित एस एस पी ओ सांगली यांनी सर्वांना आश्वासित केले की मी आपल्या समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करेन व न्याय मिळवून देईन. या अधिवेशनात एकूण सात नवीन सभासद झाले तसेच 24 सभासदांनी एकूण 39 हजार देणगी दिली. या कार्यक्रमाला दिलेल्या मिष्ठांन भोजनाचा एकूण खर्च 50 हजार रुपये झाला आणि तो आपले सभासद श्रीयुत वनमाने व श्रीयुत बी. पी. कोळी यांनी उत्स्फूर्तपणे केला. त्यांच्या अन्नदानाबद्दल सर्वांनी आभार मानले. श्रीयुत पी. आर. देशपांडे नवीन कार्यकारिणीची यादी वाचून दाखवली, अध्यक्ष म्हणून श्री एस बी बंडगर व सचिव म्हणून आर. एन. कोळी खजिनदार म्हणून अरविंद भिलवडे म्हणून एकमताने निवड झाली. सध्या कार्यरत असणारे श्रीयुत पी आर देशपांडे व के आर देशपांडे यांनी मार्गदर्शक म्हणून राहण्याचे मान्य केले.
तदनंतर श्री.के. एस. कुलकर्णी ( एजीएस) एचक्यु पुणे ह्यांनी सभेला संबोधित करताना CGHS सविस्तर माहिती देताना असे सांगितले की हेडक्वार्टर ने प्रत्येक मोठ्या शहरात सीजीएचएस ने खाजगी इस्पितळानां मान्यता देण्यासंबंधी पत्र व्यवहार केला आहे. सर्कल पेन्शन अदालत मध्ये (TBOP,MACP, Training period) हे विषय समाविष्ट करण्याबाबत मंजुरी मिळावली व तसे इतिवृत्तात प्रसिद्ध झाले आहे. तसेच आठव्या वेतन आयोगाबाबत आणि संसदेत मांडण्यात आलेल्या आर्थिक कायद्याची सविस्तर माहिती दिली.
श्रीयुत पी आर देशपांडे व के आर देशपांडे ह्या दोघांनी गेली 18 वर्षे काम केले. तसेच सभासदांचे प्रश्न सोडवण्यासाठी विना मोबदला प्रामाणिकपणे काम केले. त्याबद्दल सर्वांनी त्यांचे कौतुक केले.
अधिवेशनाच्या अखेरीस राष्ट्रगीत आणि मिष्टान भोजन होऊन कार्यक्रम समाप्त झाला.

AICGPA Ratnagiri Branch held its General body meeting on 11-06-2025 in Gurukrupa Mangal Karyalay Ratnagiri, under the Presidentship of Branch President Shri. C. R. Sawant.Branch Secretary Shri. L. B. Rahate was on the dias. Shri. Bandiwadekar welcomed the members.
The session started with honouring of the Chief Guest along with HQ office bearers and senior members present on dias.
Shri. Bandiwadekar read out the minutes of last AGM which was confirmed by the house. He further raid out the annual report and also discussed the issues concerning the Pensioners.
Shri. K. S. Kulkarni AGS AICGPA HQ Pune in his speech spoke about issues relating to CGHS’s and steps taken by HQ for empanelment of hospitals in non CGHS area. Also spoke elaborately about TBOP, MACP, counting of training period for increament and Notional Increment issues. Also informed the house relating to pension revision w.e.f. 1-1-2017 ( the court cases by some pensioner associations) and also about 8th Pay Commission prospects. Informed about the status of pension revision issue of BSNL/DoT pensioners and 3rd wage revision of BSNL Employees. informed house regarding OPS/NPS/UPS.
At the end he cleared the doubts of the Pensioners in question answer session.

AICGPA Kolhapur Branch held its General body meeting on 09-06-2025 in Daivadyan Bording Hall Kolhapur under the Presidentship of Branch President Shri. R. R. Malwade,
The session started with lighting of lamp and honouring of the Chief Guest along with HQ office bearers.
Branch Secretary Shri. Shivaji S. Tondale welcomed the members and read annual report of the branch.
Shri. Suhas Sonalkar Organising Secretary spoke about problems faced by pensioners in the region and also informed about activities of head quarter.
Shri. K. S. Kulkarni AGS AICGPA HQ Pune expressed concern issues relating to CGHS’s new software, elaborated on issues relating to pension revision w.e.f. 1-1-2017 ( the court cases by other associations) and also the ensuing 8th Pay Commission prospects. Also informed about the status of pension revision issue of BSNL/DoT pensioners and 3rd wage revision of BSNL Employees.

AICGPA Dharwad Branch held its General body meeting on 08-06-2025 in K.P.E.S. Law College Sabha Bhawan Dharwad under the Presidentship of Branch President Shri . M. S. Hagargi. Branch Secretary Shri. Ashok Desai welcomed the members.
The session started with lighting of lamp and honouring of the Chief Guest along with HQ office bearers.
General Secretary Shri. H. F. Choudhari gave inaugraual speech in which he informed house about activities of head quarter and wished function a success.
Shri. S. G. Patil Principal K.P.E.S. Law College , Chief Guest spoke about his experience and requested house to stik to our culture.

27/05/2025 CBDT EXTENDS DATE OF FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURNS DUE FOR FILING BY 31ST JULY 2025 TO 15TH SEPTEMBER 2025: In view of the extensive changes introduced in the notified Income Tax Returns (ITRs) and considering the time required for system readiness and rollout of ITR utilities for Assessment Year (AY) 2025-26, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has decided to extend the due date for filing returns. It has been decided that the due date for filing of ITRs, originally due on 31 July, 2025, is extended to 15 September, 2025. (Click Here)

IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (HMIS) FOR CGHS - OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES AND TRANSITION PLAN - ALL CGHS WELLNESS CENTRES TO REMAIN CLOSED TO PUBLIC INTERACTION ON 26.04.2025:

In order to upgrade the existing software system of CGHS, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) has developed HMIS which will be adopted by CGHS and made operational from 28.04.2025. CGHS services will be suspended on 26th April 2025 for final transition activities and all CGHS Wellness Centres will remain closed to public interaction on 26th April 2025. दिनांक 10 एप्रिल 2025 गुरुवार रोजी ऑल इंडिया सेंट्रल गव्हर्मेंट पेन्शनर असोसिएशन नाशिक शाखेचे सर्व पदाधिकारी कृतज्ञता निधी अर्पण करण्यासाठी मुक्काम खरोली तालुका त्रंबकेश्वर या ठिकाणी गेले होते .या ठिकाणी श्री मुकुंद दीक्षित हे बाबा आमटे यांच्यापासून प्रेरणा घेतलेले निस्वार्थी व्यक्तिमत्व अहोरात्र लोकांच्या सेवेसाठी कार्यरत असणार व्यक्तिमत्व भेटलं
श्री मुकुंद दीक्षित यांनी त्यांचे आयुष्य या बाराशे लोकवस्तीच्या खेड्यामध्ये व्यतीत करण्याचा निर्णय घेऊन गावाचा कायापालट करण्याचा निर्धार केलेला आहे. लोकाधार संस्थेच्या वतीने या गावातील लहान मुलांना मूल्य शिक्षण देऊन त्यांना चांगले नागरिक बनवण्याचा त्यांनी संकल्प सोडलेला आहे. अशी 60 मुले सध्या त्यांचे मार्गदर्शन घेतात. या निस्वार्थी व्यक्तिमत्त्वास पेन्शनर्स असोसिएशन नाशिक शाखे कडून दिला जाणारा कृतज्ञता निधी रुपये साडे सतरा हजार रुपये सुपूर्द केला .तसेच छोट्या मुलांनी गाणे, नृत्य करून उपस्थितांना उपस्थित यांचे मनोरंजन केले व सर्वांनी त्यांच्या परीने रानातील पानाफुलांचे बुके बनवून सर्वांचे स्वागत केले.

ऑल इंडिया सेन्ट्रल गव्हर्नमेंट पेंशनर्स असोसिएशन (पुणे) शाखा नंदुरबार ची वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा डी. एस्. के हाल येथे श्री पी. आर सोनवणे यांचा अध्यक्षतेखाली संपन्न झाली. सभेत. मालेगाव हुन प्रादेशिक संगठण सचिव श्यामलाल रोहिदास तसेचे श्री के. एस. कुलकर्णी व श्री मनोहर पत्कि सहाय्यक जनरल सेक्रेटरी हेड क्वार्टर पुणे हे उपस्थित होते. श्री के. एस. कुलकर्णी यांनी सभेला संबोधताना पेंशनरांचे मागण्या, प्रॉब्लेम्स . बी एस. एन एल पेंशनर्स चे २०१७ पासुन रिव्हिजन ऑफ पेंशन बद्दल खूप छान माहिती दिली. तसेच. पेंशनर्स च्या खालील मागण्या वर चर्चा झाली
१) कोरोना काळातील जानेवारी 2020 ते जून 2021पर्यंंतचा स्थगित केलेला महागाई भत्ता तुरंत द्यावा
२) पेंशनर्स चा मेडिकल अलाउंस रुपये एक हजारा वरून तीन हजार प्रतिमाह करावा.
३) सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी ची क्यमुटेड पेंशन १५ ऐवजी आता १२ वर्षात परत करावी
४) पेंशनर्स ना सेवानिवृत्त झाल्यावर प्रत्येक पांच वर्षानंतर ५℅ पेंशन ची वृध्दी व्हावी. आता ८०वर्षा नंतर २०℅ होते.
सभेत सर्व पाहुण्यांचे, नविन सभासदांचे आणि बाहेर गावाहून आलेल्या सभासदांचे सत्कार करण्यात आला. मागच्या सभेचे इतिवृत्त, जमाखर्च आणि वार्षिक अहवाल वाचून मंजूर करण्यात आला. सुत्र संचालन शाखेचे सचिव श्री राधेश्याम सोनार ह्यांनी केले, आभार प्रदर्शन श्री जगन्नाथ झेड बोरसे ह्यांनी केले. श्री राजाराम निकम आणि श्री सोनार ह्यांनी प्रथम साने गुरुजींची प्रार्थना 'खरा तो एकची धर्म'. म्हटली. सभा यशस्वी करण्यासाठी श्री राजाराम निकम, चुनीलाल तांबोळी, आनंदा पाटील, जी. के. रघुवंशी, जे. के गावित, इश्वर तांबोळी,ऄ.डी चौधरी. या सर्वांनी खूप प्रयत्न केले.

आज दिनांक 28 /07/2024 वार रविवार मालेगाव शाखेची सोळावी वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा सार्वजनिक वाचनालय मालेगाव गायत्री नगर मालेगाव कॅम्प जिल्हा नाशिक येथे अतिशय उत्साही वातावरणात संपन्न झाली कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात दिपप्रज्वलन करून झाली. गत काळात दिवंगत झालेल्या संघटनेच्या सहकाऱ्यांना श्रद्धांजली वाहण्यात आली, तसेच त्याच्यानंतर सभासदांची ओळख करून देण्यात आली. पाहुण्यांचा शाल ,टोपी ,रुमाल व गुलाब पुष्प देऊन स्वागत करण्यात आले.
कार्यक्रमाचे अध्यक्ष स्थान श्री जगदीश पवार यांनी भूषवले तसेच कार्याध्यक्ष. श्री. आर.एस.गढरी साहेब,तसेचमार्गदर्शन श्री. डी.आर.हिरे यांनी केले. कार्यक्रमाचे प्रमुख पाहुणे श्री. के.एस. कुलकर्णी साहेब व श्री. मनोहर पत्की साहेब यांचे सभेचे मोलाचे सहकार्य लाभले सभासदांच्या अनेक अडचणी व त्याला सामोरे कसे जायचे त्याचे मार्गदर्शन पण भाषणातून त्यांनी सभासदांना समाधानकारक उत्तरे देऊन सभासदांचे समाधान केले. सभेसाठी नासिक, जळगाव, नंदुरबार, मालेगाव, नांदगाव, निफाड व सटाणा इत्यादी ब्रांचचे प्रतिनिधी हजर होते तसेच ज्येष्ठ नागरिक संघटना मालेगाव चे सचिव श्री. देविदास वाल्हे , तसेच मालेगाव चे माजी नायब तहशिलदार श्री. जगदिश निकम सर सभेस हजर होते. त्यांनी आपल्या भाषणात संघटनेच्या भरभराटीचे कौतुक केले.

आज दि.२७ जुलै रोजी चाळीसगाव शाखेची वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा अतिशय उत्साही वातावरणात संपन्न झाली.
दीपप्रज्वलनाने कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात झाली. गतकाळात दिवंगत झालेल्या संघटनेच्या सहकाऱ्यांना श्रद्धांजली वाहण्यात आली.
खजिनदार श्री एम्.डी.वाणी यांनी मागील वर्षातील जमाखर्च सभेसमोर वाचला त्यांस सर्वानुमते मंजुरी मिळाली.तसेच सचिवांनी मागील वार्षिक सभेचा वृत्तांत कथन केला व 2023-24 या कालावधीत संघटनेचे कार्याचा आढावा सांगितला. नवीन सभासदांचा तसेच वयाची 75 वर्ष पूर्ण करणाऱ्या सभासदांचा सत्कार करण्यात आला.
उत्तर महाराष्ट्र संघटन सचिव श्री रोहिदास सर यांनी त्यांच्या अध्यक्षीय भाषणात संपन्न प्रणाली व सीसीए संबंधित त्यांचे अनुभव सांगितले व ईतर मार्गदर्शन केले.
श्री के.एस्.कुळकर्णी साहेब व श्री मनोहर पत्की साहेब दोघेही सहाय्यक जनरल सचिव पुणे हेडक्वार्टर या प्रमुख पाहुण्यांनी काही सभासदांच्या उपस्थित केलेल्या प्रश्नांना योग्य मार्गदर्शन केले.तसेच पेंशन रिवीजन,सीजीएच्एस् विषयावर वरीष्ठ पातळीवर चालू असलेल्या घडामोडींची माहिती दिली.
दरम्यानच्या काळात उपाध्यक्ष श्री श.वा.बारपांडे यांनी चाळीसगाव शाखेचा स्थापनेपासून इतिहास कथन केला. तसेच माजी सचिव आर्.व्ही.वाणी यांनी सुध्दा त्यांचे अनुभव व बचत करण्याचे महत्त्व सांगितले.
सस्नेह व खेळकर अशा वातावरणात सभा संपन्न झाली. नंतर सभासदांनी स्वादिष्ट भोजनाचा आस्वाद घेतला.

The two days (12/10/2023 & 13/10/2023), 71st Annual General Body Meeting of AICGPA HQ Pune, is being held at Akola. The hall was full in its capacity including Office Bearers, CHQ members and delegates. . The meeting started with Shri. Sane Guruji’s prayer. Shri. G. N. Kulkarni Vice President , presided over the meeting in absence of Shri. W. S. Bhome. Shri. H. F. Choudhari, General Secretary, welcomed everyone. In delegate session all Branch secretaries took the part in deliberation and discussed the issue pertaining to the Postal Pensioners, defense and BSNL pensioners .

BSNL-MTNL PENSIONERS PENSION REVISION – PR. Bench CAT JUDGMENT – 20.09.2023

OAs are allowed, let us wait for the copy of the judgment. A favourable judgment will benefit all pensioners. we have to wait for final and clear judgment for directions to DOPPW, DoT & BSNL.

They say that the Court has allowed delinking of the pay revision and pension revision. As far as delinking of pay Revision and Pension Revision is concerned, it has already been decided by the DOT as communicated to all the 17 pensioners’ associations, including those filed the case, which participated in the meeting with the DOT on 17-10-2022 . This is nothing new. It is an already decided matter.

PENSIONER'S OUTREACH & PENSION Adalat was held at O/O DY. CCA, Maharashtra, Regional Office Nagpur on 16th August, 2022 at 11 am.

Shri H. F. Chaudhari, General Secretary, Shri G. G. Nerkar, Org. Secretary Vidarbha attended the same.
In Inaugural speech Mrs Vibha Mishra, CCA, Maharashtra informed that through the programme of Distribution of Identity Cards to Telecom pensioners and Pension Adalat we are reaching to the BSNL/DOT pensioners spread O er in Maharashtra & Goa.
Distribution of Identity Cards is symbolic and Printed Identity Cards of the Pensioners, who applied for I-Card will be sent to their postal Address.
About Pension Adalat they received 19 Applications. Most the grievances are related with BSNL. The grievance will be sorted out with the coordination with GM BSNL Nagpur.
Shri H. F. Chaudhari in his address mentioned
1. Pension Adalat is very positive approach to settle the Pensioner's long pending grievances. 2. Appreciated the settlement of grievances by CCA, Maharashtra even during Lock down period by arranging Pension Adalat through VCs.
3. Repeated our demand of sending SMS indicating the New PPO No. to the pensioners at the time of Migration from Banks to SAMPANN.
4. Informed Some SSA's are raising queries and delaying the processing of the applications for Fixed Medical Allowance in respect of pensioners residing in Non-CGHS area.
5 Requested to arrange Camp for Identity Cards and Pension Adalat at Pune , Aurangabad and big cities.

At the end CCA, Madum summed up the issues raised and informed that...
The pdf file displaying Old PPO No and New PPO No (in respect of Pensioners migrated from Bank of Baroda to SAMPANN) is being uploaded on their Website.
Secondly, CCA office discuss the delay is processing of Applications of FMA and take concrete decision.
She also assured to arrange Distribution of Cards and Pension Adalat at Pune, Aurangabad area.

We had meeting with Dr.(Mrs.) D. M.Desai Additional Director CGHS on 4th August 2022 at 14.30 hrs. We discussed the need of additional CGHS Wellness Centres at Thane, Kalyan and Panvel.
She informed
1. The opening of CGHS Wellness Centre at Thakurli near Railway station is under process.
2. Regarding Thane, getting accommodation was issue, instead there is a demand from Vikroli.
3. She said they are keen to open Wellness Centre at Panvel. Their should be a proposal from Trade Union/Association and proposed accommodation also. Shri Patki AGS to expedite the proposal.

We welcomed Shri Abhijeet Bansode DPS, Maharashtra Circle Mumbai

We had meeting with Shri Abhijeet Bansode, DPS looking after the charge of CPMG on 4th August, 2022 at 12.30 for an hour.
Shri M. M. Tikekar, VP, H. F. Chaudhari, General Secretary, K. S. Kulkarni AGS and Manohar Patki AGS represented the Association.
We discussed all the points as per our Agenda and the grievances addressed by the Branch Secretaries.

We met Shri Vijay Kumar General Manager Finance O/o CPMG on 4th August 2022 at 11.45 hrs. DIscussed in brief mainly holding of Pension Adalat in Circle/Regional/Divisional Level.
We requested to follow the guidelines issued by DOP&PW, New Delhi
He informed the holding of Pension Adalat at Mumbai on 19th September, 2022. Notification is received through our Email_id .

Distribution of Identity Card Function was arranged by CCA, Maharashtra & Goa on 2nd August-22 at 11am. The function was attended by our AGS shri K. S. Kulkarni. As Inaugural function CCA, Maharashtra distributed cards to few DOT/BSNL pensioners.

Exclusion of Central Government Employees from NPS 1392. Shri Javed Ali Khan: Will the Minister of Law and Justice be pleased to state:

(a) whether Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare had sought comments of Department of Legal Affairs (DLA) again vide Note dated 24/03/2022, regarding issuing general orders for exclusion of central government employees from the purview of NPS and to cover them under OPS whose advertisements for recruitments were issued on or before 31/12/2003 in view of various judgments of Apex Court;

(b) if so, whether DLA has furnished its final comments in response to above in the month of May, 2022;

(a) &(d): Yes Sir, the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoP&PW) made a reference dated 24/03/2022 to the Department of Legal Affairs (DLA) seeking advice regarding the inclusion of https://www.staffnews.in central government employees under Old Pension Scheme on the basis of the date of advertisement being on or before 31/12/2003 of the posts against which they were appointed and whether it would be legally feasible for the DoP&PW to issue executive instructions in this regard. The issue was examined in the Department of Legal Affairs in the light of the comments given by the Department of Financial Services in the matter andvide note dated 06/05/2022, it was opined that the proposal of the administrative Departmentis a matter of policy of the administrative Department/Ministry. Further, the notification dated 22/12/2003 is silent about the date which would determine the applicability of NPS - the date of joining or the date of Notification/Advertisement.

Also, on the basis of judgments in various court cases, DoP&PW has allowed one-time option to opt for OPS/NPS for employees whose selection for appointment were finalized before 01/01/2004 but joined Government service on or after 01/01/2004 due to administrative lapse in their recruitment process. Therefore, an administrative decision to issue executive instructions providing for coverage of Government servants under OPS who were appointed to Central Government service on or after 01/01/2004 on the basis of advertisement/notification of vacancies issued prior to 01/01/2004 is in order.
